Which fabric type suits you?
Cotton
Breathable, affordable and easy to clean — a dependable default for formal living rooms and guest seating that doesn’t see heavy daily use.
Linen
A natural, textured look that reads as understated and elegant. It wrinkles more than synthetic blends and benefits from a fabric protector in high-traffic homes.
Leather
Long-wearing and scratch-resistant, ageing well with a slight patina over time. A common choice for family rooms and studies where durability matters most.
Velvet
The most luxurious feel in the catalog. Best suited to lower-traffic formal rooms or statement pieces rather than a family sofa used daily.
Acrylic
A synthetic fibre that holds colour extremely well under direct sunlight — a strong choice for bright, window-facing rooms.
Silk
Smooth, refined and best reserved for headboards or formal accent pieces rather than everyday seating.
Fabric care & maintenance
- Vacuum upholstery weekly with a soft brush attachment to stop dust settling into the weave.
- Blot spills immediately rather than rubbing — rubbing pushes liquid deeper into the fibre.
- Rotate loose cushions every few weeks so wear and fading are even across the piece.
- Keep fabric out of direct, unfiltered sun where possible — even UV-resistant fabric fades faster under constant direct light.
- Have fabric professionally cleaned every 12–18 months rather than waiting until stains set in.
